Projects - Stone Wall Panels

DDS has imaged our MuruStone in granite and marble patterns since 1999. We have completed many projects such as wainscots, feature walls, and as a background for signage. We have a number of stone patterns available to us, and our imaging technology allows us to adjust color within those patterns. We can photograph or scan stone that is not in our library to provide our clients with the stone they desire. Some typical projects follow:

MuruStone can be on a wide variety of substrates including MDF from 1/4" to 1 1/4" thick. MDF can be fire resistive in many thicknesses if required. Other substrates include 1/8" thick hardboard, steel, aluminum and FRP. Steel and aluminum can be laminated to any solid substrate to create panels that satisfy the properties required by the project.

Edge conditions are solved in a variety of ways. Joints are easily caulked and a wide variety of trim is available that will work with MuruStone panels. Trim includes brass, chrome, stainless steel, aluminum, and PVC in a wide variety of colors. Corners and terminations are accomplished with trim as well.

Panel attachment is mechanical, with adhesive and even hook and loop. DDS technicians will work with the designers to incorporate MuruStone panels into the specific requirements of your project.
