Projects - Stone Wall Panels

DDS has imaged our MuruStone in granite and marble patterns since 1999. We have completed many projects such as wainscots, feature walls, and as a background for signage. We have a number of stone patterns available to us, and our imaging technology allows us to adjust color within those patterns. We can photograph or scan stone that is not in our library to provide our clients with the stone they desire. Some typical projects follow:

IBM Offices - Raleigh, NC

The feature wall at this office complex is a curved wall behind the reception desk. It is 10 feet long and 9 feet wide. The pattern is a green granite named "Verde Swirl". The panels were adhesively installed. They are 18" wide and 36" high. The installation begins at a level baseline and proceeded in a stacked bond. The finished panels were caulked with a grey, mortar appearing caulking. The gradual radius allowed the panels to be set in segments as granite normally would be set. The panels were patterned in 2 basic layouts and the panels themselves were rotated to provide a random overall pattern. This feature wall is the first thing a visitor to IBM sees when entering the main lobby.
